Fast Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time (5:00 PM Eastern Time) on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders received after this cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Split Kit Shipping
If items in your order need to be delivered to different addresses, you can request a split shipment at checkout. Each package will be labeled separately, but all items in the order will still be processed together.
To request a split shipment, simply note your preference in the comments box during checkout and provide the correct address for each package. If you’ve already placed an order and need it sent to a different address, please contact our Customer Support team to arrange a replacement shipment.
International Shipping
We ship orders to most countries worldwide. Additional shipping charges may apply, and delivery times for international shipments may take longer than domestic orders.
If you need delivery by a specific date or want express shipping, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance and a custom shipping quote.
Delivery to P.O. Boxes
If your chosen shipping method requires a signature on delivery, please provide a physical street address instead of a P.O. Box so the package can be successfully delivered.
Military Addresses
Shipping to APO/FPO military addresses may take longer than standard delivery. Please allow extra time for delivery when sending orders to military locations.
